Alleged drug lord extradited from Colombia to N.Y. to face charges
Daniel Rendon-Herrera, the alleged leader of a homicidal drug ring which imported tons of cocaine from Colombia into the U.S., was found guilty by leading a continuing criminal enterprise, authorities said.Colombia's generality wanted drug lord, too known as "Don Mario," pleaded not guilty in Brooklyn federal court of law Tuesday after being captured in a jungle raid 9 years ago & extradited to the U.S. on April 23.
