ALBANY, NY (WRGB)--Gov.Cuomo has announced more than $2.5 million will go to 20 SUNY and CUNY schools to establish programs aimed at preventing underage drinking and substance use on campus.Administered through the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, each awarded college will receive $125,000 annually for 5 years.
