During an interview, the woman admitted to smoking heroin while driving. The firefighter called 911, and a Bremerton police officer found the driver, 30, after she parked in a tavern parking lot off Kitsap Way. He noted she had a circular burn mark on her lip and, when he asked whether she used meth, the woman replied she uses heroin, according to reports. Officers searched the car and found suspected heroin and paraphernalia.
