Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Director resigns stat : wmdt

According to Delaware Health and Social Services, Mike Barbieri's last day as director of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health was July 6. The acting director is Dr. Clay Watson who is a psychiatrist and the medical director of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. Officials say that the director of Delaware's Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health resigned. Barbieri reportedly served the Department of Health and Social Services and the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health well in two years as director. Officials say that psychiatrists and forensic pathologists are among the highest paid people in Delaware state government because they work in medical specialties.

Last season, Moore appeared in four games and registered seven tackles with 0.5 sacks. Moore played three games for the Miami Dolphins late in the 2015 season, signed with the Oakland Raiders during the offseason and was released again before signing with the Seahawks. His best season came in 2014 when he racked up 5.5 sacks for the Giants, and he has a career total of 10.0 sacks in 49 games.
