The Coalition for Healthy Youth will celebrate its 10th annual Prevention of Youth Substance Abuse in Rural Communities conference this week at USC Lancaster. The conference, Wednesday through Friday, will feature three keynote speakers who have been the most engaging keynoters from past conferences, organizers said.
