A Mastic Person was re-catched & found guilty by criminal possession of a controlled substance Saturday – 1 7 days after his original catch created a rift among Suffolk police officials & the territory attorney's office. Robinson was re-catched & found guilty by criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree. His attorney is blaming the Suffolk province Police section for the mistake. Suffolk province police said even though the laboratory reports display no pure fentanyl, it was an illegal controlled substance which can be lethal if mixed by heroin. The controversy comes as commissar Tim Sini is running for Suffolk territory attorney, & after current territory Attorney Tom Spota was indicted on federal corruption charges.

A Mastic coast Person at the center of a drug status that ignited a war of words among the Suffolk province Police section & the territory attorney's office was rearrested Saturday morning on a lesser felony charge, 3 days after the original charge was dropped. Corey Robinson, 24, turned himself in to the police section's 7th Precinct in Shirley early Saturday on a charge of 5th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, helper commissar Justin Meyers said. The catch was made in consultation by the territory attorney's office, Meyers said. "The charge the defendant was arraigned on today is the appropriate charge supported by the directory claimants This time have," said Robert Clifford, spokesman for the territory attorney's office. Robinson was premier catched Oct. 27 & found guilty by premier-degree possession of a controlled substance, that police had referred to as the deathly drug fentanyl — an Opium further potent than heroin.

Multiple drug charges for Myerstown Person living in storage facility

The overseer too linked he believed multiple individuals were living inside of the storage unit, that wasn't allowed in their contract. Forced entry was made into the unit, after individuals inside failed to unlock the door, to protect the destruction of directory. 1 of the individuals inside, Cameron Meyerhoeffer, 20, of Myerstown, linked all of the drug linked items belonged to him. Myerhoeffer was found guilty by possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, & possession of drug paraphernalia.
