Police: Fitchburg Person found guilty by drug trafficking in Leominster

LEOMINSTER -- A 26-year-old Fitchburg Person was catched on drug trafficking charges Friday morning, police said. 2B, was found guilty by heroin & cocaine trafficking & conspiracy to assault drug laws, said Sgt. Members of the Leominster Police section, the North Worcester province Drug Task Force & the state police narcotics unit catched Santos-Andujar at about seven |35 a.m., he said. Santos-Andujar was found in possession of a "significant" amount of illicit narcotics, said Fraher, who declined to release the quantity of drugs police seized until after Santos-Andujar's Monday arraignment. Under state law, person have to possess at least 14 grams of an illegal substance to be found guilty by trafficking drugs.

After having ingested the drugs, Wells, 25, of Pelham, died June 20 of an overdose, according to the documents.Luna has been incarcerated at the Valley Street jail ever ever his catch on June 21, But he had not been found guilty in connection by Wells' dying until the indictments were handed up late final 30 days in Nashua.Luna is facing a total of 6 felony drug charges, including possession & discount of fentanyl & cocaine.If convicted of the generality severe offense, he can face a maximum sentence of life in prison, according to court of law documents.At least 1 of the alleged drug transactions took place in the parking lot of the Family $ store in Pelham earlier this year while Luna distributed less than 1 gram of fentanyl. ever ever then, the accused drug dealer has been held on $75,000 cash bail, & has been ordered to have no contact by known drug users.final 30 days, Luna pleaded not guilty to 4 of the offenses. He is scheduled to be arraigned on the newest 2 charges on Wednesday at Hillsborough province Superior court of law in Nashua, including the charge of selling a controlled drug which resulted in Wells' dying."This charge totes a possibility sentence of life in prison," Jesse O'Neill, helper Attorney General, writes in court of law documents.O'Neill has filed a motion seeking to hold Luna without bail in light of the newest of the 6 charges. Iziah N. Cox, 29, of Elberon Place in Albany was found guilty by various felony drug discounts & possession charges on Friday, deputies said. They said they too found guilty him by child endangerment because he had his son by him while he made a drug bargain. Deputies said the catch was the result of a lengthy investigation of cocaine dealing in Glens Falls. Cox was sent to the Warren province jail on $50,000 bail.
