according to Posted: Dec. 27, 2017 one |05 pmSPARTA -- A traffic stop which began by a swerving car ended in 2 substance-linked arrests, according to a report by the Sparta Police section. while asked about the odor, Brisbane stated he had 2 beers at a Christmas party. A search of the car uncovered a small plastic bag containing a white powder substance, suspected by police to be cocaine, & an electronic cigarette containing a wax substance which Brisbane identified as marijuana. The forehead chair passenger, Brian Birdsall, 27, of Franklin, had a white powder substance around his nostrils, however denied ownership of the bag. Birdsall was found guilty by possession of cocaine, advised of a mandatory court of law appearance & launched.
