State delays outline to consolidate mental health, drug abuse agenciesThe state has delayed a controversial outline, originally scheduled to go into influence Jan. one, to consolidate agencies addressing mental health & drug abuse. Diana Lejardi, a representative of the state's section of Mental Health & intemperance Services, said the Fresh system going to keep money & help mental health & intemperance services work better together.
