Indiana home Republicans have killed a bill which would have increased the legal age for buying tobacco products from 18 to 21. The measure with Democratic Rep. Charlie Brown of Gary was killed Tuesday in a procedural maneuver with home Speaker Brian Bosma. It comes only 1 day after the home Public Health Committee confirmed the measure on a nine-0 vote.
