Ponca Tribe sues Opium prescription industrialists, distributors

A federal grievance filed with the Ponca Tribe seeks damages from further than a dozen Opium prescription industrialists & distributors. The tribe filed the grievance Wednesday, accusing the companies behind the strongpainkillers of conspiracy, fraud & negligence, between other appeals. The legal action is the latest in a deluge of lawsuits versus Opium makers & sellers with Gov. bodies across the U.S., from provinces to states.
